Frequently Asked
How often does each Leadership Council group meet?
We meet in-person as a peer group on a monthly basis. However, to accommodate COVID, our meetings have transitioned from in-person to virtual, 2.5-hour sessions. We are looking forward to getting back to monthly, in-person sessions very soon!
Do your peer groups have a member limit?
Yes! Each peer group is open to a maximum of 12 members. Most peer groups have between 5-10 members who bring diverse experiences and knowledge without conflicting interests.
Can I skip a session if need be?
Of course. While we expect that you attend at least 80% of your meetings to get the most from and give the most to your group, emergencies do happen. Just let us know as soon as you can that you are unable to attend a session.
