How It Works
Here’s what you can expect once you’re a member of Leadership Council.
Connect to a designated peer group
You’ll be matched to a group free from any business and personal conflicts that could impede open sharing. All group members are directed to keep the content of discussions confidential.
Join the Sessions
Peer groups meet either in-person or virtually 10-12 times a year. Group meetings are facilitated by our experienced moderator.
Fulfilling, Informed Idea Exchange
Group meetings may include presentations from group members, Guest Leaders and speakers, and always great roundtable discussions.
Stay Connected
Members can interact with the group in between meetings for feedback and quick insights on urgent or tactical questions.
